are available in bulk mostly from the Irish Dairy Board or other
accredited sources. Smaller quantities are distributed from
our store in Leek, Staffordshire.
In addition we can provide dairy ingredients specifically forulated
for food applications.
FORMULATED DAIRY INGREDIENTS
These are cost reduced alternatives to standard products but
provide the same taste and functionality in specific applications.
Very often, these products are known as milk powder replacers.
Such products are key to many value engineering projects and
arise from trials in our npd area or customer trial facilities.
